Rules and regulation to implement the content and provisions of R.A. 6135 an act to invigorate the country's export trade as a means of accelerating economic growth by granting certain incentives and exemptions to registered export producers, export traders and service exporters, repealing export incentives granted under R.A. 5186 and for other purposes.
