The 7Ps model of work practices and outcomes generalizable or culture-specific?

The 7Ps model demonstrates a structure of work practices and work outcomes. The model, developed using data collected predominantly from Australia, compresses a wide array of work practices and outcomes allowing the study of a more manageable and smaller set of organizational factors.
