Accepting certificates of completion of the crash program as compliance with section 19, (registration without examination as librarian), Article III of Republic Act No. 9246 making the 'Holder thereof eligible as librarians in government libraries (National Government agencies and Local Government units) as mandated by Sec. 31, Article IV thereof, in libraries of schools, colleges and universities (Public and Private), and in libraries of firms, companies or corporations and for other purposes.
